Our Journey
1touch.io didn’t start with buzzwords. It started with a problem: Why are enterprises only using 15% of their data, while the rest—85% of it—sits in the shadows? In 2017, Dimitry, Itzhak and Zak founded 1touch to solve this. Their mission was clear: Bring all enterprise data into the light, where it can be managed, secured, and used to gain competitive advantage.
Drawing on many years of experience developing successful networking and security tech, the team built a solution that empowered businesses to discover, classify, and secure the sensitive data that had been overlooked. It was called Inventa. And it worked.
So well, in fact, IBM incorporated Inventa as the discovery and classification component of its $2B+ Security business under the name IBM Security Discovery & Classification (ISDC).
Fast forward to today: 1touch.io's platform has evolved into Kontxtual, a next-gen data intelligence and orchestration platform that gives you the full picture of your data—delivering 98.6% accuracy and turning dark data into insight.
